The view was beautiful. But it doesn't make up for no hot water for a whole week nor did the hot tub work. Very disappointing on my first trip ever to Puerto Rico

the jacuzzi did not work the property does not have good conditions to take children or the elderly the shower is practically open in rainy or cold weather you cannot bathe

2/10 Poor

I booked this property yesterday for a special occasion. One of the main reason for staying here was because they have a jacuzzi listed. However, that’s a lie, there’s a jacuzzi with no hot water AT ALL, the water was freezing so we couldn’t even use the “jacuzzi”. We asked if we could do something about the hot tub and they said that they have some issues with the jacuzzi in PR and that not because is a jacuzzi it’s supposed to have hot water. Second of all, we ran out of water like at 7:30ish pretty much and we needed to wait for someone to fix it. There’s no security at all, the gate was open the whole day , if someone wants to go around the property, they can. The terrace’s floor around the “jacuzzi” was standing out in some areas. I asked the staff about the jacuzzi and they stated that the message that they sent clarified that the jacuzzi had no hot water but how I was supposed to know that if they sent the message after I payed!!???? The charging outlets from the room didn’t worked. We called the guy from the property and he was being rude for no reason, every single answer was hostile and we just wanted answers. The stove was turning on and off repeatedly. I had a lot and great expectations for this place and every single one was being crushed one by one. Amazing view though.

The pool was dirty throughout my whole stay, couldn’t even use it nor my daughters. The lock on one of the rooms was broken. Anyone can access the property. The kayak was gone and a cooler appeared out of no where. The downstairs toilet broke. Then I ask for more hours at the property because my flight was delayed and they wanted to charge me a whole night even tho I complained about the pool and the lock on one of the rooms. No fast response either and the lack of customer service! Overall terrible. The only one who was very nice and helpful was the maid who is also under pay for cleaning and maintaining that place. The lady tried to fix my door, something that she shouldn’t be doing, she tried cleaning the pool, also something that she is not paid to do and the pool was still dirty. Stay at your own risk. This was not the experience I wanted to have with my daughters.

It was a wonderful property! My sisters had the other 2 properties. Ours leaked a lot we were in the Manuela, that one leaked a lot, so we needed to cook in the other 2. It was quite rainey, so if you book maybe book when there is no rain. Other than that it was wonderful!

Could have beeen cleaner. Gate to property was never closed and anyone can walk directly into the home your staying at, had a stray cat walk in and their are dogs walking around that could’ve walked right into the kitchen as well The property should have better security
Anthony Joseph, 7-night trip

6/10 Good

The property is definitely minimalist, but quaint and peaceful. Unfortunately, we were kept awake each night by noisy renters in the villa next to us who drank and sang into the wee hours of the morning. Beautiful view. No beach. Property management company never sent the code for the lockbox, and though I was able to get it via Expedia, we never did receive directions to the property and thus had to find it ourselves!!
Marcy, 2-night trip

The villa is situated right on the water. Kayak is available for sailing. The kitchen and bathroom are on ground floor are open air. Bedroom and 2nd toilet is located upstairs. Bedroom consists just of king size bed and night tables attached to the wall, no closet space. The area provides easy contact with nature and privacy, though is distant to dining and stores (about 20 min, drive).

What a wonderful little gem. We had both shade and sun all day long. We took advantage of the great outdoor spaces. We'll be back!

This property is old and it smells also communication is so poor
Sonia, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property is quite stunning with its view. Could not be closer to the water. Beds were a bit hard for our liking so we bought mattress toppers at Walmart and slept just fine. Would be nice if shower water was a bit warmer but it sufficed. Property advertises a jacuzzi tub. While technically this correct, it is NOT a hot tub. Water is not heated. Feel like this should be clarified in the listing. The sliding glass doors to both bedrooms need some maintenance…extremely loud and hard to slide and lock. Was a very peaceful stay except for the party animal neighbors we had for 3-4 nights. Their first night my son had to ask them to pipe down at 4:15am after a full night of very loud music and drunken behavior. Was happy when they checked out and thankful we were gone most of the time anyway. The road to the property is long and winding and pretty rough, so depending on type of vehicle you are driving it could be a slow, bumpy experience. The best “amenity” we found with the place was a beautiful black/tan island dog that adopted us during our stay. We named her “Mommy” and enjoyed her visits very much. She loves ribs! So, if you see her, give her a pat (when she finally lets you) and tell her we miss her! Despite the negatives, all of our group would stay there again.
Ken, 9-night trip

6/10 Good

View was everything. Saw a few roaches and ants were everywhere. Floor plan is a bit to open for my liking anyone can access the property. Also there was a stray dog there I guess other guests feed it so it hangs around anticipating food. But the views were great. I would stay again
