The hotel was generally satisfactory, and the rooms were clean and modern. However, the bathroom setup was unusual—the shower and toilet were each housed in separate glass cubicles within the room, offering very little privacy, making it unsuitable for friends. The location was a concern, particularly for women. The hotel is surrounded by several strip clubs, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe when walking in the area at night. I would not recommend it for solo female travellers.

The staff were amazing and very friendly, the beds were comfortable. The 2 things which let this hotel down were the area around was rough and also the shower had glass on the side were the beds were (this was in a twin room) which made it uncomfortable to shower in

Relatively cheap hotel but poor experience overall. Shower was unintuitive to use and bed layout was strange (just one small pillow and decorative pillows, not a typical large pillow you'd expect). At least it was quiet.

Hotel is located in a fairly menacing area. No violence per se but lots of people in the street staring and hanging around at all hours. There was a hole in the floor with cables coming out of it. I had a twin room to share with a friend, but with poor privacy for the toilet and shower with no real door, just frosted glass. The heat in the shower was very temperamental. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the price is good. It is also very close to the main train station and some good cafés and restaurants.

Hotel is very unassuming from the outside, but overall a nice property. The hotel is within walking distance to the historic center and just five minutes from the main train station. However, the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired with many seedy business is the area around the hotel. With that said, the neighborhood did not feel unsafe. Would stay at property again.

Good location 10 minutes walk from the old town and 5 minutes from the main train station. Easy to get to. Area can get a bit noisy. Nice cafe just at the corner which seems to be open all year long (as we stayed over Christmas). Clean rooms but on the small side. Beds are comfortable but pillows could be better. Just really high-end. Checked me in smoothly, filling in paperwork was simple and I was on way to room swiftly. Smart communal areas, and excellent room. Spacious, comfortable and felt very simple and smart. Safe for valuables, great shower and bathroom area. Bed was great, even the pillow. Well situated close to Hauptbahnhof, Karlsplatz and tramline.
