Fantastic stay

The rooms were spotless and freshly cleaned. The staff was super friendly and always helpful. We loved our room with the big balcony, and the breakfast was great. The pool was also a nice touch! Overall, the service and location were excellent. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Casa Hendaus was a great selection and affordable. Every morning they serve breakfast which was good. I love having more options but that’s just me. The food taste great and they serve fresh fruit every morning. I recommend this place since it’s away from the main beach and is a bit more quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Hendaus. First of all, the neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential. It's about 5 minutes away from the airport and a few minutes from el centro. We rented a scooter during our time on San Andres but taxi service is cheap and available. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated in a southeast Asian motif and very well-kept. The staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was small, but quaint. There's a common area by the pool and terrace areas. It was just a peaceful stay.

As soon as I arrive the hospitality was amazing. Receptionist were friendly and helpful even before I landed to the island. My flight was delayed and they made it very welcoming introducing me to all the things the island had to offer. My bed had the extra blankets. I was flying solo and I basically was provided with my personal driver. I got sun burn and they had lotion ready for me to use. You do need a taxi to move around the island. However the nearest public beach is 13 min walk and it was safe during the day. The view was great each time I had breakfast. Breakfast was good. Well served and mix. It is not buffet style. I loved the decor on the entire property to take good selfies. Bed was comfortable, clean, good size, and decorated differently daily. I think the cleaning crew are so creative when they know who their guests are. Staff are friendly, caring and anything you need just call or ask. They are fast. Water pressure in the shower was low in my room. Took some time to warm up the water. Overall, everything worked with perfection. I would definitely go again to this hotel.

Our stay at hotel boutique Casa Hendaus was ok to some degree. We had booked a Delux room and what we got was next to Delux. First a small room (105) without Windows and next a smaller room (201) with window. We were shown another larger, but no Windows, só we chose to stay in 201. The neighbourhood is quiet and only 5 mins by cheap taxi to Town center. A walk to the beach walking área takes only 15 mins. The Hotel is beautifully decorated in Aseatic style. Reminds us of Thailand. The breakfast had 6 different menus to chose from. Very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although they could not provide us with a better room. All was occupied and called Suites at a higher price. There was a small outdoor common area with a small bath, but adequate for this small Casa. We have travelled a lot around the world, but never had a Deluxe room like this.

Hotel maravilhoso. Meu noivo e eu amamos o atendimento, o espaço, o cuidado da equipe com os hóspedes. E também não achamos longe da praia… da cerca de uma caminhada de 10/15 minutos, mas que não atrapalhou em nada nosso passeio.

Hotel com uma equipe ótima bem Atenciosa para chamar táxi e indicações , toalha para praia . O hotel está localizado próximo ao aeroporto porém longe do centro . Quatro maravilhoso , com bastante espaço , cama ótima, decoração linda ! Pontos que poderiam melhorar o café da manhã tem pouca variedade e não pode substituir nada nem repetir .

Oferece tudo o que apresentam na apresentação! Apesar de não ficar no centro é muito fácil o acesso para quem quer fugir um pouco do agito . Íamos a pé para o centro . O café da amanhã poderia ter um pouco mais de variedades . A recepcionista da parte da tarde até a noite era fantástica , solucionava qualquer pendência. A estadia foi muito boa. É uma opção com bom custo benefício, porém um pouco distante da praia, precisa fazer uma caminhada de pouco mais de 1,5 km (considere sol e calor). Café da manhã ótimo. O tamanho do quarto que achei pequeno, mas a cama é ótima.

The island is way too busy. Too many vehicles. If the government respects or cherishes the island they should limit how many tourist are allowed on the island at one time. Need more clean up!!! Very sad… San Andres should be treated has a National Treasure.
