This hotel is well located for all conveniences and the staff are excellent and very helpful. Though the rooms and interior decor is a bit dated, the hotel offers excellent dining facilities and ample outdoor gardens and a large pool to make the stay really enjoyable.

the garden area on the property was beautifully maintained. The staff was fantastic! I cannot say enough about the staff! The only negative was our room faced the street and it was loud all the time and our shower did not work if you needed hot water.

Good value for money. The breakfast is excellent. They even packed it up for me for my 4.30 am departure. The staff is courteous and ready to help. Good location, the Vodafone corporate store was at a walking distance which I needed desperately. The in room menu is reasonable but can be preparation can be improved.

Just stayed for a few hours overnight in a room overlooking the Nile. Arrived at 2.30am. Front desk helpful in guiding price of taxi from airport (saved a lot of money!). Room quiet and clean with fabulous view over the gardens and river in the morning before departing for Temples and cruise. Didn’t partake of breakfast so cannot comment. Staff were all great!

Worth it.

Hotel is in a fabulous location, just next to the Luxor hotel. We walked to the train station in 11-minutes. Staff were accomodating and friendly at all times. Clean facilities. Food was excellent. Loved the pool bar for relaxing with a coffee over the Nile. So glad we stayed here. Thoroughly recommend

Beautiful scenery but needs maintenance

Let me start by saying that the garden and pool area straight on the Nile is really stunning and amazing to hang out in. The staff was always super nice and the breakfast has a great selection. Very fresh. But - the rooms on the street side are VERY noisy, hence I changed my room the atrium side after the first night. In the new room, the air condition did not work and I had to sleep with a wet towel over me for two nights to keep cool. Despite mentioning this, they did not fix the issue. Not great. Furthermore, the rooms are very worn down and need an update.

I have stayed here several times, three times on my own. I choose a Nile facing room with Queen bed and amazing View over the river to Valley of Kings. Early in the morning you can watch the balloons taking off from the opposite bank. The room is very comfortable but the bathroom small though clean. The pool area and small garden is nice. Food options good and with the exchange rate, very good value for visitors.. All the staff are amazing. A special mention for the concierge ( sorry I forget your name) who cannot do enough to help. It was nice to meet the General Manager and the Restaurant Manager. Be back again Inshallah.
