The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful, but there was nobody to change sheets and towels daily or every other day, their laundry equipment was old and not working properly, the pool was dirty, and it's so sad because the building has a very nice location near all entertainment

This hotel used to be the Doubletree so the property is very nice. However, if you stay here, be prepared for no blankets on the beds (you can request but it takes a while), no bathroom soap, 2 small bath towels no others, no ice bucket or coffee maker, no cups or glasses. It's quite bare bones. The price still makes it a good value though, just best to be prepared!

The hotel is excellent for travelers. It's clean and quiet.The front desk is super efficient. The location is a convenient 10 minute walk from the bike path along the bay as well as a neighborhood supermarket. I would gladly stay there again.The only negative aspect is that during the three night stay was no room cleaning and the garbage piled up.But that was a relatively small negative aspect in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The staff was WONDERFUL! Chantelle was very helpful and tended to everything we needed, which we truly appreciate! The rest of the staff was very attentive and courteous as well. The hotel could use some remodeling in the rooms and attention to cleaning as well as a possible mold issue. Other than that it was convenient and priced accordingly.

This is the NASTIEST and WORST hotel I have ever stayed at! Do not waste tour money here! You will get a sheet for the blanket and you elwill not have towels or any other type of accommodations. Basic cleanliness is not a thing here. Firstly the room had a very obvious smell of smoke as if someone had just got done smoking in the room right before we arrived. Also, when I arrived my junior suites bathroom was filthy hair in the shower and soap scum on the door of the shower. There were very visible stains on the couch and just generally looked nothing like the pictures. The hot water took about 10 minutes to heat up. And to make matters worse the ceilings leak which is causing a mold issue. I'm asthmatic and couldn't stay here. Furthermore the elevators are a hit or miss. I was stuck in one of the elevators for 5+ minutes with no help from the staff. I had to wait for another guest to use the exact same elevator for it to work. Do not and I repeat DO NOT waste your money here! If you dont like the experience there are NO refunds! Leaves a very bad taste in your mouth

Counter personnel was very professional. Mr. Vincent, the supervisor was affable, cordial and very accommodating to the needs I experienced. One complaint I had to do to the counter was the ugly attitude of a room cleaner, a woman who came to knock my door at 7:30 AM to clean the room, but the real anointment came with her attitude towards me, very unfriendly, rude, haughty. I reported her to the customer counter, such individual diminish the good work of the other employees.
