A very nice hotel, situated very convenient for walking, shopping, dining of going to the beach. Very good isolated (you do not hear noise from the street). A very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing i missed is a coffie/tea facilities in my room (but may be it's no so important for everyone). Loved my stay in Alicante!

Fifth time we have stayed at The Lucentum. The staff on reception, in the dining room and housekeepers have been excellent - helpful and welcoming. The airport C6 bus drops off and picks up at the bus stop opposite the hotel which is so convenient. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is very central for shopping, museums and beach which is just 10/15 minutes walk away. Surrounded by many choices for eating out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient, few minutes to the Champs Elysee and metro. there are many cafes, restaurants and supermarket. The hotel is quiet, room are clean, no elevator from the ground floor to reception first floor, you have to carry your luggage and go up for the stair.

We stayed in a junior suite which was great value for the cost. The city centre location was handy for eating out and transport links, less than 20 mins walk from rail station and 20 mins on the C6 bus to the airport. Easy walk to the beach and marina! The room was comfortable, however being so central there was some road noise early in the morning!

Stayed at this hotel many times. It's great, this time we waited 30 minutes for our double room, though, we had booked a double room. Also, we tried to be eco friendly with the towels, but, ended up with one set of our used towels. We were told the house keeper would deliver, but , they did not. On reflection I will just put all towels on floor. have never had a complaint about this hotel before. I will still return to this hotel.
