Was in International falls for a funeral. The staff were very kind to us all. Breakfast was a good variety, and room was spacious and comfortable. The pool water tasted like salt though and skin was very sticky once out of the pool and dried off. Would be happy to stay again when we are in the area

Continental Breakfast Nightmare

We have stayed a number of times at Cobblestone in International Falls, using the hotel as a great way to break up a long drive to our annual Canadian fishing trip. We rolled into town later in the evening and enjoyed a stellar meal at the bar/restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the pool for a little while after spending the majority of the day in the vehicle. The morning of checkout, my wife and I ate the continental breakfast - a decision that came back to haunt us just a few hours later. My wife made the comment that her French Toast sticks tasted "really weird", only eating a couple of bites before throwing the rest away. The trip to Vermillion Bay was brutal, and she spent the next three days of what should have been a family vacation in bed with food poisoning.
