Gorgeous nostalgic hotel with very kind front desk staff. They really enjoy and care about making your stay effortless. They will help you with your plans by making recommendations like nice hotels used to do in past. Ask for a “Peach Bellini” at their beautiful bar downstairs; you won’t be disappointed! Rooftop bar was soo pretty, unfortunately, arriving very late, it was already closed for the evening for our stay. Super close to the Terminni train station and in a nice area in proximity of train station if you know you know. We wrapped up our 20 day travel adventure staying here the night before our flight home and wished we could stay longer and would gladly recommend to travelers staying in Rome. I’ll throw one “could be improved” and that was the bed was a little lacking but as tired as we were did not affect our one night stay.

Generally it was a good staying for us. The location is really good, the staff are ok, and there are some other good things about this place such as good breakfast, big rooms, complimentary tea and coffee, etc. However, the facility is really old and needs some serious attention. The Internet signal is weak in some areas, beds are noisy, washrooms are old, and rooms do not look clean (even if they are actually clean)...

This is a historic hotel conveniently located just a block from Termini station, making it an excellent base for a short stay in Rome or an overnight before catching a train. There are two elevators—one charmingly historic and one more modern—but during busy times they didn’t quite keep up with demand. The room itself was adequate, clean and comfortable enough for a brief stay, though amenities like the shampoo and body wash could be improved. Drinks at the bars were good, and the bartenders were welcoming. Overall, this is a solid option for a short visit, especially if location and convenience are your top priorities.
