CLOSED After driving 51/2 hours.

we got to your hotel after driving 5 1/2 hours and it was closed and I already paid so this made it a hassle to get another motel because then I didn’t get the discount as I did the first so ended up costing me double.

Showed up and the property was closed due to pipe bursting. Was not notified.

It was easy to find and a quiet neighborhood. But the bed was lumpy and could feel every spring and when i got up in the morning was poked by springs that were sticking out of the side of the mattress. The contental breakfast there was no coffee made, the hashbrowns were soggy and cold and the eggs were rubbery.

We arrived and no one was at front desk for 15 minutes, then we were given a room after check in. It was not what we had booked and they had sold out of that room . Nothing else clean except one king room that Iwas shared with a work colleague

Location was great, right next to a restaurant and gas station. However, our TV wouldn’t concern to the internet and no one was able to help us fix it, at breakfast there were no forks, no water, and again no one around. Our room was decent, large which was nice. The couch and chairs both have a decent amount of stains and the room must have not been cleaned very well because as soon as we walked in we found items left behind from the previous guests. Mattress and pillows were decent though thank goodness!

The sheets had yellow staining Room smelled nasty and the staff knew it did because the fan was on and the window was wide open when we checked in. It was 10•f (-10•c) outside Staff were often snippy and rude. Bad area, lots of sketchy people No safe in the room I can’t begin to explain how nasty this room was. Cannot wait to get home and shower.

The property is very run down. The furniture is falling apart. Breakfast is lacking. Ice machine didn’t work. Overall feeling of uncleanliness. Did not feel safe. Obvious areas where break-ins had occurred.

The property was not kept up. Future old and damaged. The hallways and rooms smelled. The room was cheaper on my invoice I received at the end of stay but Expedia did not provide difference. Don't book through them. You will end up paying more.

I will start by saying the girl at the front desk was wonderful. She was very friendly and supportive, However the hotel was probably the worst hotel I have every entered. It wasn’t clean it smelt bad and it didn’t feel safe at all. You also used false advertising because the pictures on Expedia looked nothing like actual rooms. The odour in room was that of something rotten and completely unbearable. Even while we were talking with the girl at the front desk about the uncleanliness of room another customer came and said the same thing and cancelled his hotel as well. We also cancelled and did not stay
