The location of the hotel is great.. Just a few minutes walk from the ferry and bus terminal. It is easy to get there even carrying luggage. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and clean, recently renovated. Breakfast was great... Big variety of pastry, charcuterie, eggs, fruites...

The deluxe room was great. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Restauarants and shops are all close by. 3 minute walk from the main plaza and the bus and ferry terminals. Highly recommend and would stay again. Amalfi is a good hub to stay in while visiting the area.

Excellent location , staff and breakfast. In the center of all the action very short easy walk to the beach, ferry and bus terminals. I took the standard double room which was very convenient but old style , next time if I will go again I will take the more modern deluxe room ( more expensive though ). The area was not quite being in the center of the city .

Great service provided by staff. 24/7 front desk service. Breakfast provided every morning on the roof was delicious and had a wonderful view! In the heart of Amalfi and easily accessible by a few stairs. If you have a lot of luggage there is an elevator that you can take instead of walking up the stairs. Bus and ferry’s are a few minutes walk. If you need help with booking ferries, bus information or booking excursions the front desk is happy to help. Definitely worth the stay!!

Good location. Very modern room which is rare, however there was lots of LED lights which unless you took the card out of the door meant the room was not very dark at night. Couldn’t take card out as it then meant air con didn’t work….

Property is very well located in the center of amalfi city center. It’s a boutique hotel in by lanes of amalfi city center. Strangely, although hotels.com showed that our payment was already deducted, property accounts team contacted us to make the payment directly and it wasn’t easy to make the payment through the payment link that they shared. Ideally, hotels.com should have taken care of payment Felt it was a bit overpriced for a quad room as the room was small and two single beds weren’t very comfortable Breakfast was nice but the warm options were very limited You have to be careful about parking as the parking lot is small and is in the busy city center. You need to inform the hotel at least 1 day in advance to take out car as they need to move other vehicles.

No lift provided on the street level and we walked up about 20 steps with two big suitcases and one small suitcase. Some hair found out on the floor nearby curtain, it seems like housekeeping not clean up properly. At 10 am, we asked for hotel to booked a car from Amalfi to Napoli on our last day check out. A lady, no idea is a boss or staff? She said that she will book for us once confirmation is ok then WhatsApp us. However, no reply after 3 hours then we booked through another transportation provider. While we returned to hotel around 1 pm, she bumped into us and confirmed booking was made. Again, we booked though another one. She was angry to us and it wasn’t our fault because she didn’t reply and WhatsApp us. Anyway, unpleasant stay in Amalfi this time and hotel is pricy. We are all the way from Australia to here and have a bad feelings this time in Italy.
