I had a great stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a smooth trip. The location was super convenient — I was able to get to Old San Juan, Condado Beach, La Placita, and even El Yunque with ease using Ubers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of walkable spots nearby for food and sightseeing. Overall, a solid place to stay if you want both peace and easy access to the island’s best attractions.

Great place to stay, clean and friendly staff. Only complaint I have is that the pillows are terribly thin. The property really needs to invest in proper hotel pillows as these ones are obviously cheap.

The room has the basics. We need it just for a couple of hours every night (two nights) but the room needs some love and care. The good thing was the service. Miss Botello was amazing, she helped us with everything and made us feel at home. Of course has a good location it depends on what you need was ok for us they can do better and we did make some suggestions

The front desk ladies were so lovely (Nicole and Maria I believe). They made me feel comfortable, safe and were so informative on the area! I would love to come back! My only issue was that there should be a shelf inside the showers to hold bath items. But other than that, it was close to everything and I had a great time. Also loved the waters stocked in the fridge!
