Nicely located hotel with a trendy and cosy lobby and bar. Rooms are nicely designed but quite poorly equipped: no waste bin in the room, only a small one in the bathroom, no hooks for bags/clothes once you enter the room even though the layout would easily allow them. Also, only bed lamps and a smaller desk lamp with no lamps in the ceiling.

+good location +the breakfast was lovely! +the girls in reception were the absolute friendliest people we meet during the whole trip! +newly renovated and very “fresh” interior -warm room (didn’t use the AC though!) -we had booked a room for 3 people, worked great with the bed +sofa bed, but the rest of the room was not “matching” with glasses/cups/towels etc (still only 2) Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ok location with 3-4 nice pubs/restaurants nearby. Information about the hotel in hotels.com says restaurants in the hotel but there were no possibility to get a meal except breakfast. The breakfast was good.

Very comfortable bed mattress, the sheets rustle a little, clean bathroom. Big and yummy breakfast. The employees don't notice you, if you don't need nothing it's ok. At all, it was nice stay.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. My only issue is when I went to check out I had my bags packed in my room but I was unable to enter my room because the key card didn’t work. So I went down to the reception and he was missing for almost 30 min. I was on my way to the airport so it was an inconvenience to me and I also ended up having to pay my taxi driver for that 30 min extra he had to wait because of the reception issue. The bar tender was more than happy to help me and even tried but he was new to this job and didn’t have any knowledge of the desk and how to fix my card. So maybe give them that knowledge just in case.

Nice, though a bit expensive, property relatively close to the Hauptbahnhof, but not within walking distance. Has a kind of 1960s retro vibe to it, but having survived the 1960s, I am not sure this is a welcome decorating motif as far as I am concerned.

This is THE PERFECT hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds comfy. Friendly and helpful staff. Great quiet location but close to main tube line and two stops to central Vienna. Lovely bar area to have a quiet drink at the end of a busy day.

Good location just a few streets away from the underground. Easy walk into town if that is your thing. Rooms are quirky & basic but have everything you need with comfortable beds. Surrounding area very quiet after 10pm.

O hotel definitivamente não é 4*, quarto e banheiro pequenos ( e paguei um up-grade por um quarto “maior"…imagino o quarto "normal") quando reclamei me disseram que havia um quarto "um pouco" maior mas estava ocupado…que eu tentasse no dia seguinte (atendimento péssimo e paguei um up-grade que não existiu) toalhas de banho minúsculas, finas e rasgadas e um vazamento na recepção (cheio de baldes durante 3 dias)! Achei o hotel bem ruim…não me hospedarei na próxima ida a Viena!
