We absolutely loved our stay at the Belair. We chose an ocean view room with a balcony and it was breathtaking. The hotel is a bit dated perhaps, but to us that was part of its charm. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating during our stay. The restaurant eating area (also used for a spectacular complimentary buffet breakfast) overlooks the ocean and the Sorrento harbor, offering some of the best views in all of Sorrento. There is a small but inviting pool that gets plenty of morning sun. The walk into downtown Sorrento is a short 15 minutes and we really enjoyed that every day. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again in the future.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service we were given was outstanding! We didn’t come across one individual who wasn’t kind and inviting. The hotel is well-maintained and extremely clean! It offers that genuine Italian feel and that’s the whole purpose of going to Italy. The breakfast buffet is excellent quality and delightful! The staff is very attentive to any of your needs. We sat on the balcony every morning, looking at the water, drinking our coffee and enjoying existing at this property. It’s a small walk to the city center, maybe 10 minutes. The walk is easy and safe. We did end up renting a scooter from the scooter shop that we passed on our first day of walking to the city center. We found this to be more accommodating for us. Our dinner reservations were on the other side of Sorrento. The hotel offers a gated parking area where your scooter is kept safe through the night. We most definitely would stay here again! It’s a great hotel that’s not in the heart of the city center, but close enough to where you get to enjoy a more calm, relaxing atmosphere and a short walk to all of the tourist sites, restaurants, shopping, etc…

Hotel Belair was rated 5 star. In American ratings, I would likely give it 4 star as things were a bit sparse in the room in terms of a warm and cozy feel. But it was very lovely, clean and the staff was awesome. People were so kind and friendly and I would highly recommend the hotel.The location was great too. We walked into town every day - may be a little bit of a walk (with a hill) for people who have a hard time walking, but we liked getting the exercise before and after our meals.

I recently stayed at Hotel Belair in Sorrento, and I can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile — they truly made us feel special throughout our stay. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the stunning panorama of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius was like a dream. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast on the terrace or relaxing by the pool, the scenery is simply unforgettable. Our room was beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the sea — just magical. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries, fruits, and local specialties, all served in a gorgeous setting. The location is also perfect — close enough to Sorrento center to enjoy the town, but peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. Hotel Belair is more than just a hotel — it’s an experience. Allt var magiskt bra, servicen 10 av 10, faciliteter, 10 av 10 poolen 10 av 10, frukosten 10 av 10, restaurangen får 20 av 10 möjliga, så magiskt god mat, bästa matupplevelsen i mitt liv. Sen har vi utsikten, man ser hela Sorrento nedanför och en vackrare utsikt går inte att finna. Och läget är bra, man når staden på 5 min. Bor du här kommer inget att fattas dig!
