The staff was great. The lady at the desk when I checked in was super friendly. The room, however, left something to be desired. I got the impression they’re in a remodel. New tile in the bathroom, but I think the desk was installed with the desk chair, then the bed. The TV screen had vertical lines on it, and the cabinet for the refrigerator was on its last legs, and seemed to be tipping over. One big plus was the back parking lot was lit up like the surface of the sun overnight, which helped my anxiety.

The gal behind the desk was not friendly at all, no smiles. I felt as if I were bothering her when we checked in. We requested a first floor room and were told none were available due to remodeling. We also requested a handicap room, so she changed our room number before we went upstairs. The handicap room had two queen beds. We requested a king, so back to the check in person and she was not happy she had to change our room. The room was in need of remodeling, and there was dust on the dresser (if you can call it that, looks like it came from Goodwill). Hallways needed to be vacuumed, doors were all scraped at the bottom, the room was in sad shape. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, the eggs tasted terrible.

I was very disappointed with the lack of bottle water in the room! Every hotel i have stayed at provides bottle water gusts so they can make coffee! I called the front desk and was told I could get bottle water for $2 a bottle! If I needed water for coffee tu use the sink water! I will never stay at this hotel!
