The Deluxe ocean view suite from the third floor had a large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. We loved our time here at this resort. Food was good. My kids were excited to have their first burger in Vietnam and although expensive it didn’t disappoint.

Great pools and plenty of places to eat at although quite expensive Nice rooms We had to pay for extra beds which was expensive at £30 per child and a bit much as we’d already paid fir the children to stay but apparently your children r expected to sleep with under the age of 12!! We found this in most hotels and resorts Vietnam is a great place to visit and can be cheap to stay in but not if you go as a family and there r lots of add ons in the hotels and resorts where the food is over priced and not always the best The people r friendly and helpful and there r plenty of things to see and do like the Dragon bridge the hands of god and water parks and markets They eat a wide variety of foods some of which r definitely not to the western palate The weather was good as well with only the occasional rain deluge Generally it was hot and humid The beaches r lovely and clean Service is generally good

Really nice gardens, pools and surrounds. Great place to stay. The buffet breakfast was awesome and a really good way to start reach day. Highly recommend staying here, you can literally stay within the resort and not need to leave.

Staff was incredible. Made us feel so special and welcome and were so helpful in helping with all our requests. My wife also wasn't feeling well on the last couple of day and they were so sweet with trying to find solutions to help her be comfortable. We would return again as we appreciated their service so much. We ended up staying in the ocean suite and was a huge beautiful room! They also were so quick at room clean up and keeping our towels fresh. A true 5*

We stayed at the Studio Suite with an ocean view for 5 nights. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. - Peacocks roam the area outside the breakfast restaurant making it an unique experience - We found the peacock sanctuary (it's marked on the resort map) and got to spend more time with them as well as chickens & ducks - As we stayed over Christmas, the resort had a Christmas Eve celebration with a choir, performances and of course Santa - Suite was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely be coming back

What an amazingly beautiful place with an incredibly high levels of customer service excellence. We were there for 4 nights as a part of a 2 week family holiday in Vietnam. The experience was a 5* from the moment we got off our taxi to the time we checked out and left. The service responsiveness was always positive and fast. I would , in particular, call out their restaurants which had a great set of food options - pan asian and non asian. Staying there on Christmas night was a bonus with the celebration and fun. It is right on the beach and very cose to various restaurants outside too. Great job team Furama ..

I booked Villa and it’s totally different facilities. Far from main resort and inconvenient. Two bedroom villa itself is humongous for 4 ppl but bedroom are very tiny and outdated. The villa are very old with partially renovated but still you can smell old building. It is just big but very hard to live there. Example, there is only one outlet for electricity in one room. And no hot water more than 5 min. We have to wait 20-30 min for second shower and even for first shower, hot water is done after 5 min. If you have little kids, stay here since it’s big. But if you not, this location is very isolated and nothing to do. I probably won’t go back
