Glad we found this place last minute.

We originally started at a different hotel (ester lee inn) because it had ocean view! It was a dive, so we switched to this one even tho there wasnt oceanview. Clean place, good breakfast, dog friendly, nice pool, friendly staff (even during the tsunami scare we felt safe)! Glad we made the switch!

We enjoyed our stay. I think the only thing i would say was the floor in our room was bot very clean. I had to wear socks or shoes. But the beds were so comfortable. AC worked so well! Great staff!

The room was very nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were both perfect temperatures and relaxing before a million kids arrived lol. My only complaint was that the walls are thin, but nothing that my white noise app couldn’t drown out.

Horrible check-in! One person handles check-ins, repairs, problems, etc. Need more staff! We waited 40 mins to get checked in (with reservation), with 3 people waiting behind us. Rooms were grest, clean and comfortable.

The staff was over the top friendly. The condition of the hotel is varied. We had 3 rooms and each were in different conditions. Ac great in one, okay in other and not the best in the 3rd. Same with beds and showers. The breakfast was okay not great. Again, the staff is outstanding and they did their best.

We expected more from our stay

The room was okay, spacious with some damage on the floor. We didn’t like the fact that it was located right next to the ice maker in the hallway. A very pleasant bonus was a foosball table and a shuffle board in the gym. We were disappointed with the breakfast. Hot breakfast is served only on the weekends. On the weekdays, you mostly get some sweet stuff like waffles and jam sandwiches. The hotel is situated a little bit off the main tourist area. Overall, we expected more from this stay.

The beds were springy and not comfortable. The window had literal mushrooms and mold along with water dripping from around the window. It took a while to get clean towels and staff seemed really backed up. Not sure the carpets were vacuumed the whole time we were there and needed it. Daniel at the desk was friendly and helpful. Location wasn’t bad, and can walk to the beach.
