This older hotel is very well maintained with lovely lake views and cozy seating! Friendly staff and a simple continental breakfast made our last minute booking well worth it! The staff at this hotel has exceeded my expectations, and is equal to any 4 or 5-star hotel I have stayed in. The grounds are beautiful and quiet, with nice views of the Lake or the mountains. All units have a back door and porch. Cons - signs of aging, no work desk, weak breakfasts, etc. The cons are is all out balanced by the Staff experience.

I reserved 2 rooms and both were very musty damp and dark..beds were old and lumpy..had views from the back patio off our hotel rooms but had too many webs and spiders to even consider it..we stayed away as long as possible just to avoid being in them except for sleeping & showering.. won’t stay there again.

Got a nice third floor room which was spacious and clean. Nice balcony allowed us to sit and the clouds roll in. Gentleman at front desk dhring check in took care of business nicely and in quick order. Very nice stay.
