I really loved my stay here. Perfect location from train station, lovely room and quiet. The hotel assigned my room from my request and I really appreciate them doing this. The hotel staff were very friendly, personable and professional. As a solo traveler, I appreciate their kindness very much. I 100% recommend this hotel

What a beautiful and peaceful hotel. Getting an upgrade was such a lovely surprise and the spacious room is a joy to return to from our sightseeing and dinner. Heated towel rail is a bonus. The beds are comfortable. The location close to the square and central railway station makes this place very desirable. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel as well as Malmö as a destination to all our family and friends

Great historic hotel. Clean and bright for a very old building. The staff was so helpful. Nice decor throughout. Breakfast was included and the spread was well balanced. They have a library where you can just have coffee or cocoa with cookies and just relax. We loved that it was very close to the Malmo central train station and can easily go anywhere. Don't forget to read all the little stories of the hotel and its history sprinkled through out the hotel

Perfect and romantic little room. We’ve stayed here before and it’s always a joy to come back. Lovely and historic decor, and historic information at every turn. Breakfast served in extraordinary cellar halls. And real scrambled eggs, not the carton stuff u get in most hotels. Minibar, room service and all the comforts you expect from a high end hotel. The only thing I could fault is the “bar”, it doesn’t really have one. But there is a restaurant where u can get a cold one if you’re not up for leaving the premises at all…

En meget positiv overraskelse

Vi havde primært valgt Mayfair pga pris og let adgang til banegården. Men hotellet kan meget mere og inkluderer en fascinerende historie, unikke værelser, en vild samling af moderne kunst og et utroligt venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Vores værelse (411) var ikke en luksusoplevelse, men det havde det, vi havde brug for - og så indeholdt det et makeupbord fra D'Angleterre som Michael Jackson og Madonna havde brugt - så det var lidt sjovt. Hotellet ligger på en overraskende stille gade, og vi benyttede den ganske glimrende morgenmadsbuffet hver dag. Så der er virkelig tale om value for money, og det søde personale gjorde, at vi havde tre virkelig dejlige overnatninger på Mayfair. En klar anbefaling herfra!
