Sparsely furnished and has simple basics for an overnight stay where you don't expect to lounge around in the room for a day. Clean and relatively inexpensive which is what we were looking for. Quiet and plenty of parking.

The managers Lisa and Brian are super friendly. They are locals and helped us find cool fun spots for the fourth and easy beach access locations. This is a pet friendly spot with no issues, no extra hassle. Lisa let us borrow some camping chairs since we forgot ours in Washington which was nice. For what we paid we are happy. We spent most of our stay out and about but the room included clean towels, sheets, soap etc. Wifi worked and we had no issues whatsoever. Not crazy fancy but clean, secure and friendly.

Room was under renovation. Tv did not work for 3/4 days that we stayed. There was no air conditioning but a base board heater and the door barely shut completely and had to use the deadbolt to shut completely. The counter in the bathroom was not thoroughly bolted or braced to the wall and if someone were to lean on it, it would have completely collapsed. I had to wipe down the counters in the bathroom and the room for dirt and dust. The rooms face the busy highway and noise from the street is loud. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and events. I would stay again if their renovations were done.

Enjoyed this property very much. There were a few small things in the room that were broken but nothing bad just a towel bar and some trim that had been chewed by a dog. But we had dogs so didn’t mind. For the price I would stay here again.

Comfortable room in a convenient location with a grocery store a block away, as well as restaurants and a Cafe too. Didn't have to drive except to the beach.

Such a comfy bed. Soft sheets fluffy pillows. Best bed ive slept on , on the coast. No a/c but worth it for the beds. Good shower lots of pressure, clean room. Would stay here for sure again

The room was very "basic", though the bed was comfortable. Considering the low price that we paid, we were quite satisfied. We were quite happy to see a fridge in the room which was not advertised. Unfortunately, there wasn't an ice machine on the property. We would go back there as long as we were feeling frugal.

Ballin’ on a budget

Let’s be real, “budget” is in the name of the motel, and you get what you pay for. I wanted the cheapest option and I got it. However the bed was very comfortable and clean which I was very pleased with. Hot water ran well and the TV got decent channels. Would definitely stay here again. The woman at the front desk was very friendly at check in, which isn’t typically expected with locals of any town, so that was refreshing!
