After a vacation not stair master:(

We were placed on the sixth floor without any elevator! They had my ID and could have known I am 66! I had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. Also the bed was more like a futon mattress. The parking garage needed to be addressed at 7a.m. This is a very clean and stylish room, but extremely bad experientially!

Due to mechanical problems with my original booking, I was moved to a basement room. There was a 2x1 foot size window, period. I am allergic to mold and slightly Claustrophobic which made this particular room unacceptable. Room was canceled. Originally booking was made months ahead- this was not a last minute deal with limited availability.

Sleepless in Seattle!

The property was a renovated apartment house. It was nicely done. The rooms are tiny. No closet. Our rooms ac units thermostat did not function properly. It would blow cold air at full blast with no ability to choose a low setting. Either full on or we had to turn off. The room was tiny and it would become frigid. Also the exhaust fan did not work. This our room would become very steamy after a shower.
