Bellissima struttura appena fuori dal centro. Camera molto pulita, moderna e spaziosa. La colazione offerta era variegata e molto buona. Parcheggio comodo ma non convenzionato con l’hotel.

Insgesamt gut mit Einschränkungen

Insgesamt gut. Freundlichkeit an der Reception sehr unterschiedlich, man muss ins Englische wechseln, um Details zu klären. Barservice kennt die Namen der Getränke nicht. Verschiedene warme Gerichte auf der Karte können nicht bestellt werden. Frühstücksservice immer kurz vorm Chaos, zu wenig Besteck, zu wenig Geschirr. Kein stilles Wasser, nur Zitronenwasser oder mit Kohlensäure. Hafermilch vorhanden, aber Sojamilch nur auf Nachfrage, die aber beim Personal nicht auf Begeisterung stößt. Lauter Lüfter im Bad läuft immer durch.

Esperienza peggiore della mia vita

Accoglienza pessima, non un saluto di benvenuto; un incaricato, evidentemente alle prime armi era supportato da una persona maleducata. La seconda sera la stanza era invasa da ragni. Dopo aver comunicato la cosa, e aver ricevuto rassicurazioni di intervento rapido, trascorsa circa mezz’ora. Ho cercato di eliminarli personalmente. Al settimo e avendo notato che continuavano ad uscire ragni di varie dimensioni anche da sotto il letto,ho rinunciato e, sceso ancora una volta in reception, chiesta la sostituzione della camera. Con fare scocciato, senza un cenno di scuse ( quantomeno dovute)a stessa simpatica persona che ci ha accolto, ha cambiato stanza parlando sgarbatamente non più in inglese ma in tedesco. La stanza originale (611) vista discreta, era di livello superiore a quella che ci hanno assegnato in seguito a tale disguido (402) vista autostrada. Chiaramente nessuno ci ha proposto un rimborso o altro. Il giorno successivo, in fase di check out, ci chiesero come mai avessimo segnalato la cosa solo la seconda notte, se avessimo aperto le finestre (tra l’altro credo fossero sigillate) come se fosse colpa nostra. Certo, la responsabile ci ha chiesto se volevamo una bibita o un Twitter prima di andar via.

Flop und Top nahe beieinander

Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zi 613 läuft auch am 4. Tag nicht - trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen! Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde auch nucht angeboten. Medis konnten nicht kühl gelagert werden und Allgieessen landete am 2. Tag im Abfall! Personal an der Reception oft unaufmerksam und uninteressiert. Personalmässige Highlights waren Joy - immer freundlich, immer lächelnd und Ahmed vom Frühstücksteam - immer freundlich und sehr aufmerksam ! Die beiden nominieren wir als Mitarbeiter des Jahres !

Hilton Experience

Chaos beim Check in und beim Frühstück (kein Abräumservice). Fenster im Zimmer (aussen) voller Spinnweben und Schmutz. Für den Preis 360 Franken total überteuert und Situation (Ansturm wegen Seenachtsfest) schamschlos ausgenutzt. Hilton war mal eine zuverlässige und gute Adresse. Wir waren einfach enttäuscht.

Preis Leistung noch ok. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen für eine Nacht. Waren auf der Durchreise. Platz war für 3 Personen eher überschaubar. Nicht schön war der Blick aus dem Fenster, welches völlig verdreckt war und voller Spinnengewebe war. Ein Öffnen war undenkbar, mussten bereits 2 Spinnen im Zimmer erlegen. Für eine Nacht noch ok. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen.
