This is a true palace! The EP lounge is well worth it too - the standards are incredibly high. Daria was friendly and kind in particular. Also liked Broadway and I think I was there pretty much every night if my stay. Good food and service. 10/10

This is one of the most luxurious hotels in the world. The staff members represent over 85 countries and they are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our experience was "over the top" and exceeded our highest expectations.

Luxury stay

The hotel and the service are amazing, but I will point a few things that I found less impressive such as bed comfort, it was too hard, the bathroom amenities very basic, I understand the sustainability issue but still you expect better amenities in such high class hotel. Vendome buffet is great, Martaaban restaurant and Lebanese restaurant both great, Italian restaurant was disappointing and pool bar food also disappointed, but they do have nice cocktails.
