We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the grounds were very pretty. My only two criticisms are that the bathroom needs updating, it is very tired looking and the other is that at breakfast they only make fresh fried eggs and not omelettes, but there is plenty of choice.

Food disappointing

Dinner was expensive for a buffet of limited choice and breakfast was less good than other similar hotels. The food was the 'letdown' for what is otherwise a quite good hotel. Access difficult and not near bars or restaurants unless you drive.

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Hotel management you should review this! But Would defo come again

At check in I was given a room that I did not accept. It smell bad, and beds were in terrible condition. Then I complained and I was given another room. That other room was acceptable but the mattress of one bed had a hole in it. Terrible mattress. The safe box did not work. The blower did not work. The flushing of the toilet was continuously running water and we had to stop the water manually in order to save water. Some of the outlets did not have electricity in them. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. Will not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was perfectly fine. Decor was a bit dated, but the room was large and spotlessly clean. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of space and numerous pools. The aircon in my room did not work, so I had trouble sleeping well.

Es waren regelmäßig Ameisen in Zimmer, der Sonnschutz auf dem Balkon ließ sich sich nicht einhaken. Bei Wind hat es immer geknallt. Der Weg zum Strand ist nur auf einem schmalen Gehweg möglich und der Strand und die Strandpromenade sind dreckig und stinken teilweise. Man muss etwas weiter laufen, um eine schöne Strandpromenade und Strand zu genießen.
