Good hotel with pleasant staff however in the middle of nowhere. The only restaurant around is Domino’s. To top it off they don’t even offer a proper glass in your room. It was very fine plastic that crumpled when you held it. Toilet paper came out of a dispenser that ripped as you took it out. Really made you feel like they were cutting every corner possible. Very good breakfast.

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit - attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by offering fantastic local recommendations that led us to some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. When we checked out, they graciously held our luggage while we spent the afternoon at the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest without any disturbances from hallway or street noise. The location is convenient, close to the Porto Alegre airport and shopping malls. The coffee and breakfast was very delicious and worth the small extra cost. While the bathroom was generally clean, I did notice some mildew in the shower area that could use attention. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall cleanliness of the room and the excellence of everything else. The comfortable bed, well-maintained facilities, and pleasant atmosphere made for a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

Chegamos e o banheiro estava sujo com cabelo e havia até um recipiente de sabonete esquecido por outro hóspede. Havia também lixo dentro da lixeira. No café da manhã chegamos as 9:40, já não havia muita coisa pra comer e nem café mais. Além disso nem sinal de uma possível reposição por mais que estivéssemos dentro do horário de café da manhã.

A estadia foi muito agradavel. O que não agradou muito foi a cama, pois reservei um quarto para um casal e uma crianca de 5 anos. Fomos acomodados em um quarto com cama queen, no entanto, ela nao era tao grande assim, e ficou um pouco apertado pra dormir. No mais o hotel é ótimo, boa localizacao e o cafe da manhã excepcional!!

O hotel e bem limpo o quarto confortável, o que me fez dar uma nota baixa é a questão do estacionamento, não tem vaga para todos os hóspedes, os estacionamentos que indicaram um estava lotado e o outro era longe, a experiência foi péssima, pois ja reservei um hotel extremamente para não me preocupar o de estacionar... Não indico. PORQUE O ATENDENTE MANDA VOCÊ SE VIRAR E TIRAR O CARRO DE IMEDIATO... HORRÍVEL

Estadia normal, hotel novo, instalações compactas, sem muito espaço e nem conforto. Apropriado apenas para pernoite. O stress dá-se por conta da exigência de reserva da vaga de estacionamento. Mesmo fazendo o pedido de reserva, e reiterando o mesmo duas vezes, não houve resposta. Resultado: noite de chuva intensa, recepção lotada, após sete horas de estrada, o recepcionista - sem nenhuma empatia - exige que o veículo seja retirado do subsolo porque o hotel não fez confirmação da vaga!!

O hotel tem uma fachada bonita pois preserva uma construcao historica e isso e' louvavel. Deixa a desejar em termos de conforto pois achei o quarto quente demais (mesmo programando a temperatura para 17 grausC). Nao tem cafeteira e nem agua no quarto. Voce tem que comprar nas maquinas do lounge pois nao tem serviço de quarto.
