Good in general, I chose it because of the location near the highway, the availability of an internal restaurant and the availability of a fitness area. The outside of the rooms area is quite dated. It was quite cold during my stay, so it was not so comfortable to have to walk outside to reach the fitness and the restaurant area, anyway I'm talking about 20 meters, nothing dramatic.

La grande désillusion surfacturée

A mon arrivĂ©e, l'accueil est rapide et sommaire. J'obtiens la clĂ© sans plus de prĂ©cision et me dirige vers ma chambre (Ch.04) qui est propre et spacieuse. Je sors pour manger et Ă  mon retour : de l'eau coule du plafond ... un dĂ©gat des eaux peut arriver donc je reste comprĂ©hensif et accepte l'alternative en sous-classĂ© (Ch.24) que le personnel de nuit (intĂ©rimaire) trouve.. Il est dĂ©jĂ  23h30 : je l'accepte et me couche. Au rĂ©veil, constat : poussiĂšres et dĂ©bris sous le lit ... housse avec des taches ... mouais. Je me dirige Ă  l'accueil pour le check-out : facturation d'un petit dĂ©jeuner (non consommĂ©), de frais de parking (non annoncĂ© la veille), facturation de la chambre initiale 04 (+chĂšre) et non de la dĂ©classĂ©e 24 (un comble)... Le personnel est alors expĂ©ditif et me dit que je ne comprends rien (alors que je suis en dĂ©placement 2 Ă  3 fois par semaine), tandis que d'autres clients arrivent pour se plaindre de multiples dĂ©sagrĂ©ments... La Directrice intervient, et prend mes coordonnĂ©es pour me contacter ultĂ©rieurement car je dois partir en RdV Client. RĂ©ception d'un mail en fin de journĂ©e pour m'annoncer un geste commercial : petit dej et parking offert !! (en mĂȘme temps, pas consommĂ© !!) : un rĂ©el manque de considĂ©ration des dĂ©sagrĂ©ments et d'honnĂȘtetĂ©, non rĂ©gularisation de la chambre, etc.. Bref, entre la propretĂ©, la surfacturation, etc : plus jamais ! J'envisage le recours lĂ©gal tant la facturation est incohĂ©rente avec la prestation et les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments !

Vi vĂ€nde i receptionen dĂ„ det inte fanns en öppen restaurang sedan flera veckor. Hade tĂ€nkt en minisemester med dag och god buffĂ©. BuffĂ© var stĂ€ngd. Bien pour une nuit mais pas pour deux

Nous séjournons assez réguliÚrement dans cet hotel (1 nuit à chaque séjour), et jusqu'à présent nous étions plutÎt satisfaits, mais nous sommes vraiment mécontents de ce dernier séjour de 2 nuits: aprÚs la premiÚre nuit lorsque nous sommes revenu pour le deuxiÚme jour nous avons eu la surprise de constater que la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée, la réceptionniste nous a dit que nous avions refusé le service ce qui est absolument faux étant donné que nous avions quitté l'hotel à 6 heures du matin sans avoir vu personne, elle nous alors déployé un tas d'arguments parfois contradictoires, nous avons du parlementer pendant 1 bon quart d'heure pour obtenir finalement un chagement de chambre. En résumé cet hotel est convenable pour 1 séjour d'(une nuit mais les choses se compliquent à partir de 2 nuits.

Hyper déçue !!! hĂŽtel frequentĂ© rĂ©guliĂšrement en sĂ©jour affaire pour ma part et depuis + de 8 ans. Me revoilĂ  aprĂšs une annĂ©e de pause et quelle dĂ©sagrĂ©able surprise de constater que la vĂ©tustĂ© a pris du terrain ( odeur de renfermĂ© dans la chambre et moisissures sur le plafond de la douche) . Sans compter que maintenant le parking est payant !!! Alors qu’il Ă©tait gratuit
 on m’a dit que c’était depuis le changement de direction ! Et il n’y a plus non plus de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre 
 la nouvelle direction doit ĂȘtre axĂ©e sur un besoin de rentabilitĂ© et d’économie! Ça ne vaut plus un 3 Ă©toiles .. l’établissement a perdu en qualitĂ© et c’est bien dommage.. Ce sera la derniĂšre fois que j’y met les pieds et je ne le recommande absolument pas .. d’autres hĂŽtels sont moins chers pour le mĂȘme rapport qualitĂ© /prix maintenant avec ce changement de direction Mieux vaut aller dans l’hĂŽtel juste en face !
