Hotel seems and feels very dated. The room could have been cleaner, as the headboard was full of dust and there was pubic hair on the bathroom wall. Whole hotel needs renovating or a fresh look.

PROS: Excellent location! Good public parking and transportation at the door step. Quiet room (to the back yard). Hotel not without some charm. Breakfast was OK too. CONS: Bed was a bouncy trampolin. Bath room very basic and wet after showering. Pricing double-up due big concert event in town which feels unreasonable.

Nice hotel in the heart of Odense

We have stayed in Hotel Ansgar several times when we visit Odense. It's a classic city hotel, very conveniently placed in the heart of Odense. Not fancy but a solid bet! The hotel offers a limited amount of free parking spaces on the premises. Drive carefully, it's a tight spot... 3 EV charging stations are offered. Public paid parking / tramway just across the street. Staff is always very polite and attentive. Our room seems to have been renovated only a few years back. It was nice with ample room for two. Decent breakfast is offered daily. We will come back .

Vi var der.

Frygtelig koldt værelse, selvom vi skruede op på fuld varme da vi kom til aften kl. 17/18, så måtte vi ligge under begge dyner for at få varmen, da vi skulle sove. Man kunne mærke på væggene at selv tapet ikke fæstnede på de kolde vægge. Når der er så koldt på rummet, så bør de tænde før folk kommer. Der er ingen føntørre på værelset og håndsæben hænger mere ved bruseren end ved vasken. Dejligt med fri kaffe og den glutenfri bolle til morgenmaden smagt godt.

Fint Hotel, og hurtig indtjekning. Der var det Jeg havde bestilt, en god seng, et badeværelse og der var fint og roligt på hotellet. Nej det er ikke det nyeste og mest moderne, men du går ikke fejl her. :)

Hotel Milling Ansgar ligger rigtig godt placeret og gør et solidt førstehåndsindtryk. Værelset var rent, pænt og funktionelt, og personalet i receptionen var både høflige og hjælpsomme. Det er et plus med gratis kaffe og snacks i lobbyen – en lille detalje, der gør det lidt mere personligt. Morgenmadsbuffeten fungerede egentlig fint, men personalet havde tydeligvis travlt, og det kunne mærkes. Nogle fade stod tomme lidt for længe, og der var ikke helt styr på opfyldningen. Det trak lidt ned, men ikke noget, der ødelagde oplevelsen. Til gengæld var bruseren på 2. sal med lavt tryk, hvilket gjorde badet mindre behageligt. Konklusion: Et pænt, centralt hotel med god service og fornuelig standard – der skal bare lidt mere ro på morgenholdet. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

Et lokalt og hyggeligt hotel som er placeret meget centralt i forhold til midtbyen. Hotellet har et historisk snit over sig og man føler sig til tider hensat til en anden tid, hvilket også kan være charmerende.

Jeg opholdte mig på hotellet over en weekend. Værelset og badeværelset var rene. Hver eneste gang blev jeg vækket om natten, hvis nogen gik forbi mit værelse og snakkede. Døren er ikke lydtæt, og man kan se lys fra gangen. Udover det kunne man fysisk mærke gulvbrædder bevægede sig ind på værelset, når andre gik forbi. Jeg synes ikke det var penge værd, da jeg fik ikke god nattesøvn og er skuffet af hotellet. Personalet var ikke særlig serviceminded.
