Can imprive several things with proper maintenance of the place, beach club too smelly , too small . Cleaning of the beach also can be improve ( no trash can visible)

I love how everyone was extremely helpful with everything. This was the first time I traveled alone and had no idea what I was doing but all I did was asked questions when I was lost or confused and was able to get the answers I needed to enjoy my stay/trip. I would 1000% recommend staying her and am definitely returning!!!

Staff was amazing. Food was really good, just wish they had more options for breakfast. Drinks were good, the ones at the lobby bar and the one next to the Japanese restaurant were the best. Japanese restaurant was great. I overall loved the property, it was really relaxing and felt more in nature. The beach club wasn’t too far, just wish they had more beach chairs. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would really recommend

We loved the variety of pools. The kids in the party (10, 8, 6) enjoyed the water park and water slides. The procedure for obtaining and returning pool towels is slow and tedious and should be done electronically. However, our biggest complaint was the lack of choice when it came to food. There were two buffets at the hotel for both breakfast and dinner. Food became repetitive and was at times unappealing. The 24 hour pantry choices were also very limited.

I liked all the pools they had. The beach club was ok and had to take a shuttle to get there. They had golf carts that would take us to different parts of hotel... the problem was you had to wait for them to get you and some of the drivers were rude. Some of the staff was very nice though. Overall we had fun because we spent time with the family rude! takusdifferent

I mostly liked how staff was so present and friendly at the hotel. I did not like the discourtiness shown to sister property goers . I had family members told that they could not wait for an Uber ride from the front area. Not friendly at all.

This is a beautiful resort. We normally stay right on the beach so this was a different experience for us. Cons - dinner buffet was pretty bad -communication about the resort was almost non existent…except app - not right on beach(but fast shuttle to and from) Pros - breakfast buffet -taco truck -lunch at beach and hotel - they work hard to keep the jungle grounds clean -many pools but they are all small -service was excellent. Great friendly staff -lazy River with kids waterpark. Bottom line we would definitely come back. This is a great resort for families but no nightlife or entertainment if you are used to that. We never had a problem getting chairs. Service was always available for food and drinks at the pool and beach. The night buffet was not good so a lot of the times we would eat a burger at the pool. Beach is very calm waters great for swimming.

For our first time here The property need to improved in their costumer service. The front desk are terrible . I been in the hospitality industry for the past 15yrs and they dont even welcome you Alwasy on a rushed and mad Limited transportation not recommended if you have kids or for older people. Restroom were dirty. The room that was assigned , we walked.in with stool in the bathroom floor and dirty restroom The sheets were stained with blood. Floor and walls were dirty. The outlook of the room is beautiful but poor maintance. First and last time

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While I understand it’s not a 5-star property, I was hoping for a more enjoyable experience overall. From the start, the hotel was under maintenance, which impacted the overall ambiance and convenience. The layout requires a lot of walking, which becomes exhausting and impractical, especially when trying to reach basic amenities. The beach area was a major letdown — extremely small, overcrowded, and poorly maintained. There was an unpleasant odor, and it appeared that drainage water flowed directly into the beach, making it an uncomfortable and unsanitary spot. I stayed only 30 minutes before leaving. Service wasn’t much better. The bartenders were not very friendly or welcoming, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable. On top of that, the food was of poor quality, lacking both flavor and variety. Overall, this felt like a 2 to 3-star experience at best. I really expected more and would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable vacation.

There are a lot of pros and cons to this resort. I’ll start by saying it took about an hour to get there from PVR. It’s very secluded so there is no walking to be done outside the resort. When we got there the staff didn’t seem too friendly. Didn’t look up and greet us for a few minutes. After checking in they gave us our keys with no explanation of where our room was or how to get there, so we were left to figure out how to get all our bags and our toddler to our room. No explanation of the ground or how to get around. There are LOTS of steep hills so getting anywhere on property you have to wait for a golf cart. But everyone else is waiting as well, with no one to regulate who is next. Our room was beautiful and a very nice view. There was a wooden balcony that we didn’t realize till the day after a huge thunder and lightning strom that two of the slates were rotted and came off after my husband touched them. Scary to think of what could have happened if my 3 year old had fallen. The pools were also beautiful and well maintained although if visiting in a weekend try to get up early and save a seat or you will be out of luck. There are 3 restaurants 2 with buffets. Pretty good food for an all inclusive, but nothing to brag about. The one restaurant you have to make a reservation for on the marriot experience app (which also no one explained to us upon checking in) was very good and a fun experience. But hard to get a spot.

Estancia: buena Hotel: bonito (ubicación y vista privilegiada) Servicio: regular (eso es total responsabilidad de la empresa por no contratar más personal) Comida: regular - mala (lo único realmente bueno es el desayuno) Alberca: excelente Habitación: excelente El hotel es una maravilla pero es gracias a que está en un PARAÍSO DE MÉXICO. Ojalá que la empresa pueda estar a la altura.

El hotel es increíble, todo es muy bonito. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. El staff es muy amable y eficiente. El hotel no se ubica en frente a playa, pero tiene un shuttle para llevar los hospedes hasta alla en no más de que 15 minutos y la estrutura ofrecida en la playa es impresionante. El unico inconveniente fue con la cerradura de la habitación. Durante dos días, la llave dejó de funcionar cuando regresamos. Nos informaron que se debía a que la bateria de la cerradura electrónica estaba baja y llamaron a alguien de mantenimiento (quien fue muy amable, por cierto). Después de un tiempo lograron abrir la puerta. Al entrar, el dispositivo donde se inserta la tarjeta para encender las luces tampoco funcionaba, por lo que se tuvo que llamar a otra persona y perdimos aún más tiempo. Al día seguinte volvió a suceder lo mismo. Nos atrasamos mucho para el compromiso que teníamos, ya que prácticamente tomó una hora para que alguien llegara y luego otra persona más pudiera abrir la puerta. Finalmente, se nos informó que había ocurrido una falla en la cerradura y que reemplazarían una placa durante la madrugada.

Costo beneficio muy bien

Habitación más pequeña de lo que se ve en las fotos y un día no me hicieron el cuarto pero costo beneficio muy bien, las albercas son miles y para los niños está perfecto el personal muy amable y atento el hotel está nuevo entonces todo está en muy buenas condiciones
