Freshly cooked food and helpful staff to assist with coffee machines. Quick lobby check in helped avoid the queue which was welcomed. The room was pretty small with restricted view of St Catherines Dock and the bathroom taps and shower need attention as quite old and tired. Bed was incredibly comfortable though which was a saving grace for our stay.

30th Anniversary, a week stay!

They had given our room away the first night and we had to move all our stuff the next day to another room. The room they moved us to needed to be updated (carpet taped down outside in hall, paint on ceiling was bubbling and falling, toilet paper holder falling off etc..). Food in restaurant was horrible and service not good, didn’t get what we ordered and then was overcharged. I will say the location was great and view was amazing!

The Tower Hotel

The room was comfortable and clean, just a bit dated in places. The only issues was the bathtub and shower combo, weather it's just the age of this particular room but it was difficult to get in and out of and most the fixtures annd fittings are looking there age. Our particular room had a stunning view of St Katherine's docks and the room location was quiet which was ideal for our stay. The rest of the hotel is modern and well kept, the location is absolutely amazing perfect for getting to all the major attractions in London. All the staff we spoke with were very helpful and accommodating, especially the concierge team.
