We had a great stay here. The food was pretty great for an all inclusive. Bar service was great, as were the drinks. Some staff were top notch, but others seemed to be lacking customer service. The rooms were adequate and comfortable with everything we needed. Definitely felt safe throughout our time. Definitely lacking a good beach vibe, but the variety of pools made for different options. Overall, this was a great property to stay at with the 3 resort options to choose from. Would definitely choose again.

Ventus Ha has to be one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. It is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The staff were great! I loved that we could go between the three el cid resorts. It’s so nice that they offer a couple adult only pools too. The rooftop pool was so cool and relaxing.

Venus Ha is a very nice place. Beautiful buildings and structures. It has a swimming pools and tubs wherever you go. Good food selections and nice, friendly, and good people. The place has varieties of restaurants to go. Nice place to walk around. I would recommend this place and I would give it a 5 stars but it has that mangrove smell that turns me off, other than that, a 5 star hotel! My adult kids and my 9 yrs old live this place!
