Poor Stay
Poor condition inside and out. Needs major upgrades to be a 3-star rating. Electrical plugs worn to the point they won't hold a plug in. TV is too old to enjoy.

Still love it!
This was probably the 4th or 5th time I've stayed here. Definitely reminiscent of a 1960's motel, and that's one of the things we love about it. Its quaint, clean, reasonably priced, easy access and has a nice restaurant on premises. I'll stay here every time I come through Wellington!

Perfect one night stop
Just what we wanted for an overnight on our way to Colorado--clean, quiet room with king-sized bed at a very reasonable rate. Loved the coffee being available in office 24-7

Showing its age, but clean, well priced, and quite acceptable for a passing through the area night.

This is an older property, but everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms open to the outside which made the parking convenient, although not my usual preference. It was very quiet which I always appreciate. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the attached Outlaw Cafe breakfast (for an additional charge) was good. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked fine. The furniture is a bit dated, but, all in all, this is a nice place to stay for a short period. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room and want more luxuries, however, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

The staff at check in was very nice. The room smelled like cat urine, cigarettes, and old pineapple juice. There were people out in the courtyard and/or restaurant partying until midnight. I like to give local non-chain hotels a chance but this was a definite miss! Drive a little further into Price and stay somewhere nicer for about the same amount of money.

While the beds were very comfortable, I was glad I didn't need a shower because the shower was disgusting-it needs replacing, and so does the sink.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean except for the TV remote was filthy. The grounds were clean and well kept. There is an RV Park next door that is part of the hotel. It looks pretty sketchy with obviously & mostly long term tenants. However it was quiet & I did not ovseve any sketchy activity. Had breakfast at the attched restaurant. The service was friendly & the food was good & reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: last minute accommodation. Price point good. Cute motel. Dog friendly. Room was big, quiet and we slept well. Bedding was clean and tidy.
Cons: Floors had not been cleaned in some time. No linens in bathroom, but they are provided on request. Dirty washcloth draped on shower rod. Dust on bathtub. Pretty sure the room had not been used in a while.

I would not stay there again, but at the same time was grateful to have a place to lay my head on a long road trip. This little place could really use a tune up
