Enjoyed my stay at the property. Staff was nice and helpful, communicating through WhatsApp throughout the day, gave me directions to make it to the volcano hike. It’s a beautiful place, though room is showing signs of wear and tear. Water was lukewarm in the shower, and low pressure but I was just glad not to take a cold shower. Bring bug spray. Food at the restaurant was decent. Good margarita and the waiters were great. Overall, a good experience. Glad I went.

My partner and I loved the beautiful, scenic view . We were literally and figuratively above the clouds! And we loved how the Cerro Verde Park offered free guided hiking tours either around the park to see all the views and beauty or a choice between two longer, more adventurous hiking tours to the top of either the Santa Ana Volcano or the Ixtalquo (sp?) volcano. Just breathtaking views!

This property is fantastic. It is located in the park so the entry and exit times are limited to 8am-8pm but that’s perfectly fine! The view of the volcano is super amazing! The food is wonderful! And the staff is more than attentive! Would highly recommend!
