Lovely location and great service. Only negative was that my room wasn’t ready for check-in at 3pm as promised which left me little time to get ready for my event. It is a big hotel and there is lots of guests so expect queues for checkin, bar, breakfast buffet etc I would stay again and try the spa facilities next time.

Der var alt for mange mennesker alle vegne desværre. Grillmiddagen var ringe og slet ikke pengene værd. Betjeningen under middagen var lidt sløj. Men god morgenmad. Dog lidt tidlig tjek ud, allerede kl 10.

Tycker så där om vistelsen. Bodde i ett superior rum med balkong på andra våning i huvudbyggnaden. Besvärades en av dagarna av matos från restaurangen som låg nedanför vilket gjorde det mindre trevligt att sitta på balkongen. Rummet låg ovanför en konferenslokal som hade många gäster som var mycket högljudda och avslutade konferensen med hög musik sent på kvällen. Musiken gjorde det inte möjligt att sitta kvar ute på balkongen och slog även igenom trots att man hade gått in och stängt. Personalen var dock lyhörd efter klagomål och det blev tystare. Klockan 17 kom de för att städa rummet, vi avböjde då vi ville sitta och ha mysigt på balkongen. Man skulle tydligen säga till om man önskade få städat tidigare på dagen men den informationen framkom inte till oss. Upplever balkongen dåligt städad. Sängarna är hårda. Frukosten var mycket bra.

Bathtub was in the room and not in bathroom, which was a bit strange. Room itself was a bit old but still confy. Breakfast and dinner offers lot of options. Hotel is quite strict on check-in time so don't come early.

Från det ögonblick vi anlände till hotellet infann sig ett lugn som genomsyrade hela vistelsen. Miljön är helt enkelt magisk – smakfullt inredda utrymmen, vackra omgivningar och en atmosfär som får stressen att rinna av en direkt. Frukosten bjöd på noggrant utvalda råvaror och en härlig variation. Hotellets bar var pricken över i:et – stilren, med en avslappnad men exklusiv känsla. Drinkarna var välbalanserade, och personalen kunnig och vänlig, med fingertoppskänsla för service. Sammanfattningsvis, återigen en fantastisk vistelse som uppfyllde alla förväntningar. Hit återvänder vi gärna!

Very poor and dated decor and 'vibe'. 'Musik' everywhere including loudly from pool areas from exactly 8:00am every morning to wake you up. Noisy building work going on at front door which twice started at 5:00am. food was indifferent, decor shabby and from a 1980 time warp. It was in a convienient location and the views were good but the 'pool area' noise and building work ruined it for us.
