Not worth the stay

Room was ok, very hot, no AC. Dirty under the bed, not been cleaned underneath for months. Getting your breakfast is even harder, having to fight for a spot in line with bus loads of tourists for what can be called scraps, wait 10 minutes in line to get a coffee because the bus load of tourists are filling their thermoses for the trip. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

Highly recommend!

One night stay to wait for flight from Vilnius to London as travelled buy bus from Minsk and arrived too early, was no place to relax at the airport. Used this hotel for this purpose number of times already and very happy each time stayed. Receptionists are always very friendly and ready to answer any questions 24/7. Greatly appreciate their help and highly recommend this place as amazingly helpful staff, comfortable cozy rooms, central city location and only 7 minutes drive to the airport.

Practical, not much more.

The hotel is very near the bus station and walkable to the center of Vilnius. The room has very little space for luggage. The bathroom is little, a big person would have trouble taking a shower and sitting on the toilet. There was no toilet paper at our arrival to the room. Had to ask for some. The toilet paper place is under the soap dispenser, so it would get wet or one has to put it somewhere else. It was practical for a two days stay.

Good location. Breakfast the same everyday. Pastry only 1 day for our whole week stay and some days when running out of some dishes they did not replaced it. Room could be cleaner, despite hanging the card for the room to be cleaned, we needed to ask in reception as they did not bother to clean it, otherwise no cleaning or fresh towels for the whole week. Bags storage unsafe, as they don't bother to give you a ticket either take the bags themselves, so easy for burglars to steal. Some receptionists/breakfast staff could be a bit more friendly.

Property is currently under renovation but they did not close the hotel for this. They should inform this in advance as it is super noisy all day long, you cannot rest properly in your room as there is noise starting 7AM until very late. I would avoid this hotel for now. Location is convenient only if you want to be near the train station.

Would not stay here again

Would not recommend staying here. The hotel was undergoing major renovation, which the hotels.com-website said nothing about. Our entire floor looked like a construction site, and the renovation also caused a lot of noise from early morning and constrution dust. The hotel room was very small, had a nauseating smell and the interior looked quite old and outdated. Luckily we only stayed for one night.

Cleaning once every 3 days, it wasn't listed anywhere, they don't clean and they don't change towels. After 3 days they forgot to clean my room and they said "sorry but there is no one that can clean now". A very, very small room (I saw that the another room was bigger), there is no closet, only a place to hang, there is not a place to put a suitcase, there is no place to stand it. With a closed window from the 5th floor you can hear cars on the street. There is no air conditioner, there was only a fan. At breakfast a lot of people, there is no place for all, strangers are sitting with you and as soon as you get up, someone is already sitting in that place.
