The shuttle service was fantastic as if you like walking the Aldi Center is about 30min walk down steps… Maurizio and Antonio the drivers were so friendly and can’t thank them enough! This hotel is gorgeous. Amazing location with an extremely convenient shuttle service. The shuttle brings you directly to town and to their gorgeous private beach. The entire staff works like a well oiled machine. What a beautiful stay. I’d heavily recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, views over Amalfi were stunning. Shuttle bus to take you into town ran hourly which was great to get in and out of the centre. Beach was lovely, with snack bar and drinks. Pool had views to die for and was lovely and relaxing. Staff were fantastic throughout, gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations and ever one was absolutely amazing we didn’t think they’d be able to top it! Can’t wait to visit again!

The resort was beautiful and the views were even better. Our room was spacious with a wonderful balcony that overlooked the town and the sea. Food was very good. The staff and drivers were wonderful, very convenient to have a shuttle back and forth to the city center and private beach! The private beach was lovely and very relaxing and had food and drinks served daily, was one of our favorite things about the resort. We definitely would come back here again.

My wife liked this property more than I. The hotel was built in 1835 but has only been updated to circa 1960, and in some places, it shows. We were there off season and pool was empty which detracted from the overall look of the property. Big room was sparsely furnished but opened onto unforgettable deck overlooking Amalfi coast from a higher elevation than in town. So yes, the surroundings are spectacular but the hotel isn’t keeping up. Shuttle is wonderful (and necessary) as a way to get to town and back. Great staff and great breakfast. Solid 4 stars for a less expensive place to stay in Amalfi.

This is a lovely 1960’s retro Italian hotel which hasn’t been renovated but nevertheless very charming. Location is quite isolated as the walk into the town of Almafi too dangerous and long. Hotel provides a shuttle to private beach and town though once an hour. The beds are very hard and I suggest they look into a mattress topper or new mattresses. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. The views are unbelievable and this is what makes the property worth staying if that is what you are after.

The hotel is literally on a hillside, with an amazing sea view. Even though it's a short distance from the Amalfi city center, you feel very remote. This is due to the winding streets to get to and from the hotel. You would not want to walk very far from the hotel based on the narrow street and extreme elevation changes. That being said, we didn't leave the hotel for 2 days and were perfectly content. Our aim for this visit was to relax, and we were able to do that. Food on site was exceptional - not only in quality, but in presentation. Most of the staff was attentive and friendly, but not all. We enjoyed many lunches and dinners, but the breakfasts really stood out. The housekeeping staff was second to none. Very thorough, always busy, and friendly when engaged. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Do not expect service. The manager is nasty and he happens to be the owner and presents himself as the reservations manager. . Dishonest Bring your own tissue box. Bring your own lotion and print your own toilet paper. Don’t expect service from the bar. Don’t expect any pleasant front desk staff. They are miserable and rude and certainly have no business being in the hospitality business. Nothing hospitable about this piece of misery. And his help you if you order eggs. They have to call a manager to take your order for a breakfast Buffett you paid for. Dispicable especially the multi millionaire owner Lorenzo. Upon check in he wanted to give us an upgrade for xxxx euros extra per night. When we looked at the room it was the exact identical room we had. The only difference was new paint ! When we declined the offer he became hostile and said “this is very unpleasant “ and I wished you didn’t come to my property. Granted we have been traveling Europe for a month and spent over 75k. Two couples. My spouse and I and my sister and I. They were beyond rude. We requested an early check out. They said no problem we will refund your last two nights. Guess what. They lied and refuse to issue the refund. After they told all 4 of us of course we will issue refund.
