Amazing ocean views and great breakfast. We watched the sunrise from the pool deck. The beach is walking distance from the hotel. There are plenty of food options nearby.

Very expensive and not as advertised

Must have been a nice hotel in the past. Outdated rooms, mouldy bed linen, at very high prices. One sugar satchel and one coffee cup in a room for a couple. Housekeeping come into your room when you're out, even when you put up the 'do not disturb' sign. A lot of the staff were very friendly and helpful but management need to address these errors.

Great pool and breakfast. The party at the ocean view does go late (3pm) but we slept through it. Location was fun. Paid parking at about $5 a day valet. Vent in bathroom smelled of sewer which was gross. Maybe the trap dried out again and again. Overall great though.

De forma geral o hotel e bom e bem localizado . Eu só não dei 5 estrelas pois no dia do checkou eu tive um problema pessoal e tinha que participar de uma reuniao no quarto ate meio dia e meio. Pedi se possivel um checkout as 13 e o atendente de forma grossa e seca negou. Nao quis nem entender o motivo. Em um hotel de uma rede que ja sou cliente ... 1hr de checkout deveria ser o minimo de flexibilidade para deixar um cliente satisfeito. NADA.. Apos isso sai e fui para o wish que la sim sao bem mais flexiveis e preocupados em atender o cliente.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado , a vista da piscina é deslumbrante ! O café da manhã também é bem diversificado . Os funcionários foram todos muito solícitos , simpáticos e educados. Os pontos que precisam ser melhorados : elevador (apenas 1 funcionando) , chuveiro poderia estar melhor e achei os pratos do restaurante muito sem graça em se tratando de um hotel tão conceituado.
