A comfortable hotel with great location

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is next to the old town square, having close access to many attractions. Taxis do not drive all the way to the hotel entrance and hence a short walk over the cobbled stones is required.

Good, not great

Overall a plesant experience, but lacking in a few areas. The location is amazing, a short walk from olf town square and the Charles bridge. We stayed in a twin room, and the room was adequate. Everything was clean and the room were styled in an old fashion fitting for Prague. However, the sound proofing were quite bad - if some one were talking in the hallway, we would hear it as if they were talking inside our room. Earplugs recommended... Breakfast were, to be nice, not good. Placed in a small room which felt like the staff kitchen with lackluster options. Avoid paying for that and eat breakfast somewhere else, theres plenty of options just a minutes walk away. The staff are friendly and efficient though, and overall i would stay here again if i could get a decent deal.

Patrick was AMAZING! He parked our 2 cars, took care of our luggage & had my 2 yr old granddaughter laughing & giving him high fives. He gaves us i formation going sightseeing & restaurants including the hotel. We saw him for 3 days. No one could be more polight, friendly & welcoming. The hotel was very pretty * we were able to walk all over.
