Ida was our greeter at the front desk. She was cheerful, expressed thanks for choosing SpringHill, she offered us the 'Envoy' program, which we accepted, she engaged with my Dad when we mentioned where he was from, and that she would be going that direction soon, which she goes every year, and would stop at a restaurant he suggested. He was so impressed with her conversation, he went back to the desk after dinner and they shared stories of their familiarity with the location. She helped us with a dinner location, and then with a few personal matters that was above and beyond regular customer service, if she gets this information, hopefully the reminder will be: it was a piece of gum & a glass of wine next door!
