Entrée sale. Personne charmant mais non formé et indisponible a notre arrivée Réception inexistante, chambre glaciale non chaufféé, literie fatiguée, decoration . datant de 40 ans, ou sont les 4 étoiles?. pas normal pour un MERCURE. Seul point positif le petit déjeuner malgré le froid glacial de la salle.

Hôtel bien placé. Mais le petit bémol c'est le parking qui est payant et le service de restauration proposé n'est pas de qualité. J'ai commandé une pizza, mais à ma grande surprise c'est une pizza surgelés qui m'a été servi et non une pizza fait maison.

Hôtel annoncé 4 étoiles qui n’en vaut à peine 2 !mais avec le prix du 4 : pas digne de la chaîne Mercure…chambre très simple et complètement désuète et usée, climatisation inefficace et bruyante, seul l’emplacement est correct.

Hôtel standard vieillissant. Quelques rénovations seraient bienvenues. par ailleurs la Clim ne fonctionnait pas. L’isolation laissant à désirer il faisait une chaleur étouffante . Néanmoins le personnel très aimable nous a fourni une Clim mobile malheureusement trop bruyante pour la nuit. L’hôtel est cependant bien situé tout le centré ville est accessible à pied.
