Staff was hospitable, thanks to our hosts montserrat and Christopher, they made sure we had the best time. rooms were clean, the spot is super safe and private, beach is beautiful and clean. Nice pool. Nice beach. Excellent breakfast buffet. They were a little pushy trying to get us to go to one of their Time Share meetings which we didn't attend. We got a reasonable rate thru Hotels. Otherwise it would have been out of our price range. The room was amazing. Had a wonderful stay.

Nice clean quiet resort. Activities staff was great! Dining options were not great. If you’re not all inclusive there’s not much to choose from besides pool or room service. No breakfast menu restaurant- only buffet. The theme night shows are tied into paying for a buffet. Not informed about that and had already ate dinner so no shows for us. The elevator near our room was broken. Mom had a long walk to go anywhere.

We thought the bar/restaurant/front desk and property management employees were great. There needs to be two improvements made: 1) there needs to be a swim-up bar like the other resorts in your area 2) there needs to be a room bar ( referred to as an honour bar at your resort) with alcohol. Two beer and some pop does not compare at all to the resorts all around your resort.

The resort itself is okay. But checking in was an absolute nightmare. Someone with the resort told us to check out of our other resort next door early and they would get us in early… we got there at 9:30 am and they kept giving us a different time that our room would be ready. We didn’t get into our room until 4:30pm. Just to find out that they put us until a room with two double beds instead of one king sized bed like I paid for. For the amount of money I paid to stay here, I am extremely disappointed.

Great place for a great time

Not really a resort person but this was an extended family trip. I did enjoy the facility. Clean, well run and friendly. However, my favorite parts of the trip was enjoying the area away from the resort. My negative comments are towards the guests who put towels on lounge chairs at the pool and on the beach for numerous hours (up to 8?) to "save them", are seldom there and windup using them for less than 2 hours. Double negative points for the thoughtless people who leave their towels on chairs when they're done. You have no idea the lounge is available. Really people - what are you thinking...
