The location was continently close to Roma Termini, which made it easy to travel around the city and then return at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I really had a great time staying at this hotel. It's not as grand or big as the other hotels but everything was great - the staff, the cleanliness, and the staff. Breakfast was excellent too. The best part is that it's so close to the Termini train/bus station and to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.
