We had an excellent stay here for 2 days. It’s conveniently located close to the airport. The staff and service was very good at the front desk and in the on-site restaurants. The property is nicely maintained and clean. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was excellent.

I booked this property for my family. They had to stay only overnight. However, they really liked the space. The apartment is quite spacious and with all necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend it.

Overall great stay for a few days. The property is very well kept, very central and easy to get to transportation as needed. Staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet had many good options. Room service was generally good (don’t recommend the belly of pork, so much soft barely cooked fat). The bed was super comfortable and pillows just right. Water pressure in the shower excellent. Only major complaint was the loudness of the on site club. Was so loud for hours that we couldn’t sleep. Possibly because of the location of our room? Our friends on the other side of the hotel did not have the same issue.

Don’t use the laundry!!

Nice hotel, a lot of amenities but I put a small wash through laundry and got charged £120 for it. Do NOT use the laundry, the prices are worthy of a scam even for back home. Also rooms are on the very low-end of 5-star.

Wost stsy at this hotel in years. Garbage smell of rotting food in the hallway, totally run down rooms. Beds you can feel the springs. Bed sheets and duvet are totally used over the years and not replaced. Rooms are run down, furniture so old very uncomfortable to use. Airport pickup was confirmed and no.one was there to pick up. Disgusting and will never ever stay here

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt and had a mixed experience. While there were some highlights, there were also areas that could use improvement. Firstly, I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the service staff during my stay. They did not assist with my bags, which I expected would be part of the service. This lack of assistance was frustrating and detracted from my overall experience. Additionally, I felt that the food selection for breakfast could be improved. While there were some options available, a wider variety would enhance the dining experience for guests. Overall, while my stay had its positives, I believe that with improvements in service and breakfast options, Grand Hyatt could provide an even better experience for its guests.

It took forever to check in to the property only to find out that the type of room we booked was unavailable. They downgraded the room while checking in even though we paid more for the room upgrade. Had to call the property manager and argue for 30 mins just to get an upgrade to an apartment which was all the way on the other side of property. Never coming back here again.
