Loved the restaurant and Bar options in the lobby as well as the coffee shop with snacks. I also loved the quick checkout via text and key drop box on our way out. The only thing I would change is that the hotel guests had to pay for parking & that I wish there would’ve been an all night store in the lobby for snacks and drinks since lots of quick options close and there’s nothing quick within walking distance

Pool is so loud the Hot tub is useless for relaxing - being better prepared for out of town guests coming in during major events (parking, check in) not sure if the whole town was graduating at the convention center or what but it was impossible to get to the hotel and park.

Staff very friendly when checking in and we like our room. The only thing is that there were a lot of linen carts in the hall upon check in and they were there until after 6:00 pm. Some of them smelled a bit unpleasant. Overall we like the property. We’re going to a game tonight and loved using the skywalk!

We did have a family with kid's and a crying baby for both nights. That was very annoying. Hotel did comp us one night for the inconvenience of the noise. Would stay at that hotel again.
