Morgenmaden var kedelig og de lune retter var kolde. Servicen var generelt lav og ved forespørgsel på at få tændt for varmen tog det en halv dag, inden de fik det klaret.

Et ærverdig og flott hotell midt i hjertet av Saalbach. store fine rom, savnet noe å tørke tur klær på, var ikke mulig å sette på varme ovn eller håndkle varmer. Innendørsbassenget var veldig lite, her ble det trangt om plassen. utendørs var flott! Frokost veldig god, men upraktisk løsning fordelt på 2 rom, ble trangt og til tider kaos! MEN servicen blant personale var av beste slag-meget bra!
