Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August. The best location! We were able to walk to and from the Taylor Swift concert which was so easy and fantastic! The buffet breakfast was so delicious. And the rooftop pool is fun! Great super tall hotel with a super helpful staff.

Amazing view and location

Great location, with amazing view of Culture Palace, 3 minutes walking from central train station, excellent shopping mall next door and easy walk to Nowy Swiat Street and old town. Room is ok, only air conditioning difficult to adjust. Although you have to book your time to go to the pool (maximum 1 hour per day), it’s always crowded (everybody wants to enjoy the view); and to make things worse you have to share the swimming pool with externals that are training and need to have a part of the pool clear for their training. Breakfast buffet is very good.

I have stayed at the IC hotels worldwide, and this experience was exceptional, as nowhere during the booking, was mentioned that the property was undergoing refurbishment, therefore the lobby was out of action, no bathroom facilities in the lobby and restaurants were available. As an IHG member, I booked my partners visit via Expedia, and prepaid, with her name Cleary advised on the booking, but at reception, it was a whole drama with access to the 2nd room being refused, as i was not there in person. This is exactly why i booked via Expedia to avoid this issue, if I had booked via my IHG membership. Amenities in the room were fairly limited. Generally IC hotel group has been a relaible home away for home for me worldwide, but this particular property was exceptionally unique, when considering the room rates and limited faciities of the hotel. I hope it will improve after the refurbishments are completed, but would suggest to advise gusets on your bookings bage that the hotel is undergoing refurbishtment. Thanks

My first stay at this hotel. The overall experience was above my expectations. Good service and atmosphere. Easy access to the facilities at the topp floor. Only wish there was more than one jacuzzi. It's very popular that one. There was only one mistake during my stay, but i think it might have been a misunderstanding where the hotel staff ordered me a hotel car, when i specifically had asked for a city taxi.

Perfect Hotel in a perfect location.

So Glad we chose this hotel. A unique looking hotel, very elegant but very modern. Walking into the beautiful lobby with lovely lighting gives you the feel that you are somewhere special. Our check in was swift and then in the fast lift to the 25th floor in seconds. Our room was exceptionally clean and we were amazed by the size of the room, and the huge bed!, We had such a good view from our window you could could just stand there for ages. The bathroom, again so clean, was great with a large shower and separate bath, water so warm and nice. Going down for breakfast you are greeted by such friendly and happy staff who can't do enough for you, constantly bringing tea of coffee and topping up your fruit juice glass. Such a big choice of food from cereal to eggs and bacon and everything in-between also a chef who will make you fresh omelettes to order. The hotel also offers the use of an indoor swimming pool and hot tub on the 42 floor ( i think) and with the stunning views it was a great experience, there is also a spa & Gym as well. In summary you could not fault the Intercontinental in anyway, its situated in a perfect location to explore Warsaw from. The staff go out to make your stay the best that it can be, again special thanks to the staff at breakfast time and of course the unseen house keepers who keep everything spotless and nice you all work so hard and are a total credit to the Hotel...Thankyou
