The Hampton Inn was a very good experience as the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout. Beginning with those serving of breakfast cleaning the rooms and welcoming are checking out at the desk. All were well trained, and very efficient in their duties. Particularly of note was the work of Eric at the front desk on check-in. He was professional, personal and use good judgment and common sense and getting the six of us signed in. He is a real credit to the hotel and the Hampton company. I would expect a group to return in the future for another one of our meetings.

Whilst we did not get the room we thought we had booked, our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and hot. The hotel was very clean in all areas. We would stay again.

Instead of paying at check in, they attempted to run my card as early as noon the day of, then called to tell me my card was not running. I was aware it wouldn’t, bc that’s not the card i was paying with. Why would they do that? Anyway.. breakfast was good, neighbors were loud.
