All staff at this hotel were great. Rooms were clean, comfortable and most importantly, quiet. It is a 20 minute walk from the city center which we knew when we booked it. Felt safe walking around.

The hotel is very good and the people at the reception very kind and helpful in every way. Low note is the restaurant, we waited 30 min at the entrance of the restaurant to realize they didn’t have space for us. In such hotel like this shouldn’t happen.

I’m a little torn on this one. The service was top notch. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was very clean. A few things knocked it down a few notches for me. The area is not a nice part of town. This was evidenced by the security protocols put in place to park your car and to get into the actual hotel. No key card, no entry anywhere. Yes, this is a good thing and I was thankful. But it was just reinforcement to me about the safety of the neighborhood. The hotel can’t change that so they adjusted. Second, the AC didn’t work. Barely kicked out any air flow at all. Hotel staff told me their AC did work and even sent a tech. In the end we settled for a fan which helped. The last thing was charging me a lot of money for a bottle of water. They gave complimentary water which I didn’t realize was carbonated until I opened it. I went down for a new one and was charged X amount of Euros. I posted the price here but it was rejected by Hotels dot com so you’ll have to figure it out. It ain’t the Ritz Carlton so do t charge the prices.

Lækkert hotel med en knap så god beliggenhed

Dejligt moderne hotel med super sødt personale både i reception og i baren/morgen buffeten. Virkelig god morgenmad.. rigtig meget lækkert at vælge mellem. Hotellet ligger i et ikke så hyggeligt område. Gåturen ind til byen tager i raske tempo ca 12-15 min. Ikke særlig hyggelig tur. Men bor du kommer ind i den hyggelige by så er der masser af gode restauranter og barer. Køleskabet på værelset var ikke kold men varm? Vi fik lov til at smide vores køleelementer ind i køkkenets frys. Det var vi meget glade for, til den lange køretur videre.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel nur leider ist das Doppelbett kein ganzes Doppelbett sondern nur zwei Einzelbetten die aneinander geschoben wurden. Das ist einwenig störend aber ansonsten alles sehr schön.

Das Hotel ist nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof. Wir haben vorab online eingecheckt, sodass der Check-In am Schalter schnell ging. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und war auf eine angenehme Temperatur gekühlt. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Regendusche mit zusätzlicher Handbrause. Es stand eine Kapselmaschine mit zwei Kapseln und drei Teebeuteln bereit. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber, die Betten bequem und in der Nacht war es ruhig. Uns hat das Hotel gut gefallen, sodass wir wiederkommen würden (Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht gehabt und können dieses somit nicht bewerten).
