Fabulous and friendly staff. Lovee the serene waters and views. Great location with midway bakery right outdoors and great turtle inn. Easy access to other islands. Kayaking bike riding etc all amazingly accessible and free.

As a married couple and our 16 year old son, we really enjoyed the casual, comfortable and well kept nature of the resort. It is very charming and clean and well run. The cottages are not modern but very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the use of the resorts bicycles and great location.

Wonderful place!

Very nice place, charming and with an incredible ocean view. We stayed at the beach Cozzy cottage room, which is definitely the best option (view and location in the resort). Nice swimming pool and small bar. The bathroom is small and looks like a boat bathroom. Nice city with good restaurants and ocean activities. We enjoyed a jetski 2hours tour with A1.

We totally enjoyed our stay !!! What a wonderful place. Our room was right on the beach. It was nicely decorated and very clean. They supplied 2 bikes for every room and a weber grill if needed. Great pool and outdoor bar. Its been a long time since we've stayed at a place where we didn't leave and just hung out all day long. Can't say enough good things about it !!!!! Quiet and peaceful

Whether you are looking for a quiet place to relax or a place that is within driving distance to activities of all levels the Pines & Palms Resort is the place to stay. Many places outside to sit under a palm tree, on the wharf by the water or by the pool. If you want to grill outside they have grills for you to use (you just supply the charcoal and steaks, burgers, hotdogs the menu is endless). We will keep them on our list of places to return too.

Ok but units need updating

Not what I was expecting for the stars it got on hotels.com Just average. There was open spaces in the flirting where there should not be which is weird. The couch was very old. The unit definitely needs updating but the grounds are nice and we only stayed one night so it wasn’t too bad.

I love the resort but I advise not buying drinks unless Chris is bartending or you won't get your moneys worth and people were knocking on our door because they couldn't find their room....which meant the front office was not showing them where to go.....not a happy camper!

Loved location but dripping shower!

Would give it a higher rating if I had not read about a review about a dripping shower and then we got that room. So not fixed in room #22!!! Shower is a continuous dripping and gets floor wet in bathroom as well. Otherwise, lovely location near restaurants and right on water!

Pines and Palms week....

I've stayed many times at this resort and loved it but this time was not so great. Lots of bugs in the pool, bartender seemed more interested in his phone instead of hotel guests. Main building was being fumigated and no one was told so guests parked wherever they felt like and didn't seem to care that they were blocking beach views and such and the new owners/new gm were no where in sight. Former owners and GM would always greet guests and ask how they were doing. Its just not the same resort. Very disappointing stay.

Early Check-in Bummer

Didn’t start well as I spoke to a woman the night before who assured me I could do an early checki-in because the room wasn’t being used that night, so check in as early as you like. When we arrived I was told that we couldn’t because they had changed our room and that room wasn’t ready. Very disappointing to start a vacation. The property itself is very dated. It really needs some serious renovations in the rooms. The grounds though were in good shape. It was clean and the rest of the staff we came in contact with was very nice. Price wasn’t too bad. Convenient to many things to do.

Wonderful place! Love all the new upgrades and remodeling since our last stay years ago. Our little bungalow was so cozy and private. Look forward to coming back in the future.
