Great location. Within close walking proximity to malls. Long walk to Centro, but has nice views along the way. The staff this morning was so extra helpful. I dont have the Uber App. But one of the staff found a way to Uber me to the airport in time. Top notch customer sevice!

The hotel is 20 years old and you can see that in the room and amenities. The bathroom is dated and stained. Noise from 9 am through 6 pm. The 6th flour is under renovation so it was not a pleasant stay.

Nos gustó mucho a todos. Las habitaciones un poquito limitado su espacio pero bonitas. Nos agradó mucho la separación del área de ducha del área del servicio sanitario, muy bien. Nos extrañó por qué si éramos varias parejas en nuestro grupo familiar, a todos nos dieron camas separadas cuando yo específicamente cuando hice las reservaciones indiqué que 3 habitaciones eran con cama queen o king y solo 2 como camas separadas, pero nos pusieron a esposos y esposas a dormir separados toda la estadía. La piscina y el jacuzzi, excelente, los felicito, muy limpio y adecuado para relajarse. Muy bien ubicado, realmente Vitacura es un área muy bonita de la ciudad.

Confortável e excelente localização

Camas e roupas de cama super confortáveis . Quarto muito limpo . Atendimento do recepção e camareiras muito bom. Atendimento do rapaz do bar a noite que trabalha a noite já nem tanto , como estava próximo às 22:00hrs nos atendeu super mal e pasmem só queríamos uma água com gás , foi grosseiro e falou que não tinha mais copo e devido ao horário iria vender somente para consumir no quarto , até aí tudo bem mas fomos mal atendidos com sua má educação. Café da manhã bom.

Air conditioning has been a problem in the rooms at both propertys. This one in santiago and the one in Vina del mar. Not sure why but its uncomfortable to sleep with the room temperature being 24-25c. What i dont understand is the ac works in all the common areas. Maintenance tried to fix but no sucess.

The hotel is under renovation which means drilling, buzzing and all sorts from 9am-6pm. The wifi is super poor also in the rooms. The biggest problem is the front desk staff. They must realize that renovations on site are not pleasant for any guest but they have zero empathy. Their response is - just deal with it. That's fine but you are in a customer service role. Show some empathy, kindness and consideration. Guests are still paying to stay at the hotel. A drunk group woke us up at 2am. The reception did not answer the phone. They partied and made noise for a good amount of time. Would not recommend this hotel until they finish renovations.

Hotel bem equipado, localização tranquila mas perto de vários restaurantes e mercados grandes. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e bem moderno. Ficamos num andar renovado e por mais que o hotel esteja passando por reformas, nao atrapalharam nossa estadia. Um ponto super positivo e de grande diferencial é filtro de água para reabastecimento grátis em cada corredor e na recepção, com opção de água gelada, com gás e água quente! Adoramos! O único ponto ruim era o Wi-Fi que perdia muito sinal no andar que ficamos - 6o andar. Recomendo o hotel e ficaria novamente!

Horrible experiencia! Hotel en decadencia

Horrible experiencia. El hotel se encuentra en remodelación y hacían ruidos a las a las 7 am y a las 12 de la noche, imposible descansar. Durante el día todo el día ruido y no podías tomar llamadas de trabajo, literalmente tuve que ir al starbucks a trabajar porque era más tranquilo que mi habitación. Mi habitación tenía la luz mala, y después de 4 días de avisarlo, vinieron a las 7 am a arreglarla sin previo aviso tocando a golpes mi puerta. La comida del desayuno era malísima, sin reposición. A las 9 am solo había pan y mantequilla. Nos dijeron que como era temporada alta había que llegar más temprano. Cuando almorzamos, no nos trajeron cubiertos, nuestras bebidas no llegaron y no tenían sistema para pagar, así que debía esperar 30 minutos para poder pagar. Al momento del check out, pido comprobante de factura, y además de todos los problemas que tuve, me dicen que me habían cobrado mal y que debía pagar más. Luego de no poder descansar, de tener un equipo mal educado, comida pésima y servicio deplorable y habitaciones sin luz, tienen el descaro de cobrarte propina? Una real vergüenza para esta cadena y me encargaré de aconsejar a todos que no se hospeden en este lugar, que no es económico además…. Horrible experiencia Novohotel Vitacura.

Hotel está com restaurante em reforma (julho de 2024) e isso não constou em nenhum aviso. Durante o dia, há barulho de obra em todo o prédio, o que prejudica quem quer descansar. Hotel bem localizado em Vitacura, com fácil acesso por carro a outros pontos de Santiago e com vários restaurantes, bancos, mercados e outros serviços próximos e acessíveis à pé, além de transporte público. Limpeza foi regularmente feita (exceto em uma oportunidade). Materiais novos e limpos. Água é servida por uma máquina automática e há garrafa disponível nos quartos para preencher. É uma boa opção em Vitacura pois o local é silencioso (exceto durante a obra).
