Worst hotel in my fifty years of travel’!

I don’t think hotels.com should ever book this hotel for anyone. Dirty everywhere, would have walked away but needed a room. Had small grandkids with us and after a long day of sightseeing and they were looking forward to the waterpark—WOW pool area was unkept, unsanitary,water was green and dirty& NO TOWELS AVAILABLE.

Mackinac Trip

We had a wonderful time at Bridge Vista. The lakefront room was stunning and the beach was very kid friendly with shallow waters and clean. Overall it was a great hotel, especially for the price. One down fall was the pool area was very over chlorinated and two of the main big water slides were broke down. I would recommend staying here.

Mackinaw City Getaway

The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Had a great view of the lake and Mackinac Bridge. Got to see some fireworks out the window from Mackinac Island. Downfall of this resort is the pool area. Adult waterslide was not operable and the pool area could use some updating. Lazy river was a cool spot to hangout and the hot tub was too. There is no breakfast but coffee and tea are available by front desk. Beach area was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice and fairly quiet. Staff was very friendly. It was unfortunate there was road work directly in front of the hotel and only 1 drive open. The road crew was rude and blocked us in for almost an entire day.

Evening staff was polite and helpful. Morning staff was not. He treated us like an inconvenience. Room had a damp smell to it. Hallway and arcade area smelled like cigarette smoke. Water slides were not working and should have been closed off. No towels in the water park/pool area. No beach towels either.

Family vacation

Staff were friendly and the view was fantastic. There is no microwave in the room but they do have one in the lobby for guest use. The big slides at the Waterpark were closed for the entirety of our stay and the water probably needed some chlorine but my kids loved it still. Housekeeping came by to offer fresh towels and trash pick up. They even had staff outside to clean the lawn/beach area. We would stay here again!
