Very clean and located in a quiet area. The hotel was walking distance to the light rail. Great location for running. The only thing about staying downstairs was the people staying above us. It seemed like they were stomping on the floor when walking around.

Curtains were torn, a/c didn't work, pool and hot tub were closed permanently but advertised as amenities, and there was a hidden charge for an extra bed in the room even though I reserved it with the correct number of people in the room. It really worked well for us. Front desk was very accommodating and helpful getting our party checked in after some flight issues we had. Good location for us. Restaurants close by, convenient stores, etc. Pool was out of order so kind of a bummer. And some of the hotel is a little beat up but over all, it was good for us and I'd recommend it

Overall the stay was good, the breakfast was actually better than we expected. The pool being closed was upsetting but understandable. The only problem with the stay was I’m not sure what was going on with the Air conditioner in our room it was set to 66 but the room stayed at about 80 for the two nights we were there and it was very humid. I’m glad we like to travel with a fan. I think the hotel is going through some upgrades so maybe it was that. Other than that the front desk was very nice and the checking in online made things so much easier. The room was very clean and comfortable other than the temperature.
